Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high quality, authentic birds of prey experiences to all our participants. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only us and our birds of prey, but our other participants as well.
Experience & Voucher Cancellations
When you book your experience, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other participants. In order to be respectful of your fellow participants, please call us to discuss rescheduling if possible. If you do cancel your experience completely and you do not wish to rearrange to a better time you will forfeit all monies paid.
We do not issue refunds for experiences or vouchers, reimbursement will be via Credit Note only.
The Weather
To conduct a safe and enjoyable experience, both for clients & birds, sometimes rescheduling due to weather is unavoidable. In this event, we will reschedule you to a day that suits. Please be aware that no cash refunds are provided.
How To Rearrange Your Experience
We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, making some adjustments to your schedule. If you need to rearrange your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
